Norman Brown
Head of Engineering Services
We would like to welcome Norman Brown to head the Technical team at British Precast. Norman joined us on 1st
March at Futurebuild for his first day with us. Norman is our Head of Engineering Services. Many of you will know
Norman as before joining us he worked for ABC Structures and has appeared at recent British Precast & Concrete
Society events as a professional Toastmaster.

Colin Nessfield
Technical Manager
Colin joined British Precast as Technical Manager from Tarmac Central, where he held the position of Special Products Technical Sales Manager. He is an elected Council member of both the Concrete Society and the Institute of Concrete Technology. Colin lives in Derbyshire, with his wife and has two teenage children and says he enjoys web design, reading, and is a protesting gardener.

Hafiz Elhag
Technical Executive
Hafiz Elhag has already spent 3 years with British Precast as a PhD student (Loughborough University). He previously worked as an architect with Danish consultants COWI at the Sultanate of Oman and has completed an MSc in Construction Management (with Distinctions) at The University of Reading. He likes football and reading.

James Fudge
Engineering Services
Co-ordinator
James joined British Precast in February 2007 after completing a BSc in Forensic Science at the University of Lincoln. It is his research side which led him to his role at British Precast.
James lives in Leicestershire with his girlfriend and enjoys going to the theatre and jazz clubs, as well as partaking in the occasional drink. He now acts as secretary to the CPPA.
